In The Garden

This year after a year of isolation I decided to plant a larger garden then last year. I learn as I go, and let my plants lead the way.

My friends and family laughed, as they knew I did not have a green thumb, far from it, most plants came into my house to die.  But that did not deter me.  I started researching and purchased books like:

Both of these were helpful for me to start a thriving garden in my backyard.

My husband was home for a month during COVID so we both needed something to keep us busy.  A greenhouse and some raised plant beds were in our future.

We found an easy plan online for a greenhouse and we were all set to go.  After all of the materials were delivered it took us 4 days to build and put it together.  The end result was just as we saw online.

Next was to build the raised-beds surrounding the greenhouse, which were relatively easy to assemble, and we did not need an in-depth plan.  Most of the gardening info I utilized was from the two books I outlined above.
